PDK system in place and working great! Owners needing to add access for guests need to communicate and fill out all proper documentation a minimum of 5 working days prior to arrival as PDK takes time to program. Remember we do not have a 24/7/365 on site manager. Please be proactive with all requests. Juliana can assist during working hours.

Single Vehicle Arms

These arms open, then quickly close after a vehicle passes through, eliminating unauthorized access. The arms are built of plastic, if they do strike a vehicle it will cause minimal damage, they are easily replacable.
