Lighting Complex-Wide
Lighting project kicks off in June 2023. All new environmentally friendly and stylistic will replace the antiquated fixtures that have been installed since 1995. All car ports, pole lighting, and wall-mounted lights will be replaced.Security of Scottsdale Side Wall
The wall will be extended to 6-7 feet to help with the security at that end of the complex. Project will kick off in May/June 2023. There are portions of wall that are less than 4 feet high now based on all of the construction over the years adding to the ground level.

Planning a Project in Your Condo
Do I need a permit? Any structural modification to individual units, must be submitted to the Architectural Committe for approval. Improvments include; plumbing, flooring, exterior blinds, ceiling fans, security doors, and interior construction.
