Juliana Troyanos
On-Site Community Manager
Juliana joined us in 2025 as our Community Manager. Her responsibilities are wide and vary every day. From helping community folks with daily needs to keeping track of finances, vendors, and board activities, Juliana works hard everyday to assure we can all live in peace. She comes to us with degrees in Spanish Linguistics and Data Analytics from Arizona State University so make sure she practices her Spanish.
Brian Carter
On-Site Maintenance Supervisor
Brian joined Plaza in 2023 and has become a tremendous asset to the community. He has countless responsibilities each day and does them with a smile and his Midwest demeanor. He's a jack of many trades and assures vendors are performing at their best and that the community always looks like a place we all should be proud of. He's the father of two beautiful pups and loves to workout, train folks, and all things Green Bay Packers and WIsconsin.

Development in our Kierland Neighborhood
There is little doubt the Kierland Area is one of the hot up and coming places to live, shop, work, and relax in Scottsdale. With that popularity, projects are taking place throughout the area which have have the ability to significantly change life here at the Plaza. The Kierland Community Alliance is a powerful collaboration which has been highly successful in collaborating with developers, businesses, and local government to work collectively to address concerns of the Kierland Neighborhood Residents.
